5 is an ordinary listing; an 8 needs real quality and a fair price.
Furnished 22 m² room in a shared flat in the 7th district, facing the quiet Mondscheingasse. The gross rent of €600 per month is about 2% below the median of comparable shared rooms in the district. The fixed term is only 2 months, so this is a short-term sublet; a partial stay is possible. Positives are the location near tram, U-Bahn and shops, and flatmates described as considerate. The room suits people who want to stay in Vienna briefly and prefer shared living.
