About FlatDrop
A free Telegram bot that sends you new Vienna flat listings from five portals within minutes, not hours.
Who runs it
FlatDrop is built and run by Danylo Prokhorenko, a student at the University of Vienna. FlatDrop has no ties to any property portal or estate agent.
Most ads stay online for days, but the viewings usually go to the first people who write. Unless you keep reloading five portals, you see them too late. FlatDrop does the reloading for you.
How it works
About every 10 minutes the bot checks the public search pages of willhaben, ImmoScout24, derStandard, immowelt and WG-Gesucht. New listings are matched against your saved searches and sent to you on Telegram.
Each listing comes with a price comparison against the district median, an AI score from 1 to 10 and warnings, for example for very short fixed terms, key money or an agent's fee. The AI score is a guide, not a guarantee.
Where the numbers come from
The market data on this website (rent by district, price per m², how fast the market moves) is calculated every day from the listings the bot sees. A median is only shown when it rests on at least 20 listings.
The flat pages show a selection of current listings with our own short write-up and a link to the original. We do not copy the ad text, names or phone numbers.
Free
FlatDrop is currently completely free. If paid features are ever added, we will announce it in the bot first.
