5 is an ordinary listing; an 8 needs real quality and a fair price.
Bright shared room of about 12 m² with a ceiling height of roughly 4 m, in a 96 m² flat in the 7th district, 3rd floor with lift. The gross rent of 550 € is about 10% below the median for similar WG rooms in the district. The furniture is to be taken over for a Ablöse, whose amount must be agreed with the previous tenant. Positives are the separate WC and good connections by U-Bahn and bus. Suits students or workers who want to live in a flatshare with two housemates.
