5 is an ordinary listing; an 8 needs real quality and a fair price.
This furnished room of about 20 m² is in a three-person shared flat in Ottakring, directly by the Brunnenmarkt. The gross rent is €400, around 24% below the district median of €525. The flat has a shared kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. There is a lift and bicycle storage in the building; the listing says Thaliastraße underground station is a two-minute walk away.
The room is available only from 26 November to 28 December. This very short fixed term makes it suitable as temporary accommodation rather than a longer stay. It may suit someone looking for a furnished room in a sociable shared flat for about a month.
