5 is an ordinary listing; an 8 needs real quality and a fair price.
A furnished 14 m² room in a two-person shared flat in the 4th district, close to U1 Südtiroler Platz and the main station. The gross rent of 620 € including electricity, water and internet is about 5 % above the median for similar WG rooms in the district (589 €). Positives are the shared kitchen and the option to take over nearly new furniture, though against a buy-out fee. Downsides are the one-month fixed term, the buy-out fee and a clause allowing early termination from September 2028. Best suited to students.
