The room is at the back of the flat, facing a quiet courtyard, with a view over the rooftops. The gross rent is 534 €, about 3 % above the median of similar WG rooms in the district (520 €).
The location near several tram lines and the calm of the flat are positives. There is no lift, which is a downside. The WG has four housemates in their mid-twenties and values shared evenings as well as privacy.
The offer suits people who want a quiet room and a sociable but not loud WG.
