5 is an ordinary listing; an 8 needs real quality and a fair price.
Bright room in a traditional building with high ceilings and balcony access in Josefstadt. The rent of €500 (all-inclusive) is 14% below the median for WG rooms in this district.
The two-month fixed term with an option until end of February suits only those seeking temporary accommodation. The small space can expand into adjoining living room areas for storage. Trade-off: flatmates will regularly pass through the room as it's the sole balcony access. Location at Pfeilgasse offers good connectivity to U6 metro and several tram lines.
