5 is an ordinary listing; an 8 needs real quality and a fair price.
A small, freshly renovated shared room with large windows and access to the garden in Hietzing. The gross rent of 430 EUR is about 26 percent below the comparable median for shared rooms in Vienna. There are two common rooms, a large bathroom and a separate kitchen, and according to the ad only two people live in the house. The details conflict: the text describes subletting for one month, but the fixed term is listed as 11 months. Clarify the contract length before agreeing to anything.
