What does FlatDrop cost?
Nothing. Every feature is free: instant alerts, photos, AI score, red flags and application drafts. No subscription, no credit card, nothing to cancel.
How fast am I really?
All five portals are checked about every 10 minutes, a little less often at night. Alerts go out as soon as a listing is found and scored. Example: a flat that goes online at 09:02 is usually on your phone before 09:10, long before everyone else scrolls in their lunch break.
Does the bot apply for me?
No. FlatDrop writes a draft; you copy it and send it yourself through the portal. Every message stays yours.
Which languages does it speak?
English, German, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Arabic and Persian. Scores and draft translations arrive in your language.
What happens to my data?
FlatDrop keeps only what your searches need. /deleteme erases everything that belongs to you. Backups are encrypted.
Is FlatDrop part of willhaben & co.?
No. FlatDrop is an independent project by a student at the University of Vienna and only shows publicly available listings. The portals and advertisers are responsible for the listings themselves.
